Private lessons = A higher degree of learning.Pictures and symbols flies all around us in the modern society. Adobe Photoshop is being used by designers, artists, web designers and advertising agencies all around the world - but can also be used in everyday situations for removing "red eyes" or simply improve your family- or holiday photos.
The LessonsThe classes are all private lessons, which means that you will typically get a higher degree of learning than at a regular evening course with multiple students. I guarantee lessons for maximum two students at a time. The lessons will be in english or danish depending on you.
Through a series of pratical "hands on" exercises you will, in seven hours, learn the basic tools and get the knowledge to kickstart you into the graphic world.
Alternatively specfic lessons can be arranged. This will be planned prior to the classes so please tell me if you have specific fields of interest.
When and where?The classes will be in a cosy and informal atmosphere in my apartment at Nyelandsvej 73, 2000 Frederiksberg, Denmark. Right across the street from Frederiksberg Hospital.
The date and time could be a saturday, sunday or in the weekdays. Typically from 11 AM - 6 PM (11.00-18.00).
Alternatively the lessons can be split over two evenings in the weekdays, for example from 6.30 PM - 10 PM (18.30-22.00). The full fee is being paid on the first evening.
QualificationsThere is no requirements to neither age or level - everyone is welcome. The only claim is that you want to learn and have a basic understanding of the usage of a computer. You need to bring your own laptop computer (with a mouse) and with Adobe Photoshop installed on it.

Amongst others you will learn:- Toolbox (e.g. colour palette and layers). - Gradients.
- Filters.
- Mask-techniques.
- Exporting for web, print or Flash.

Privat undervisning = Større læringsgrad.In Adobe Flash you have a great opportunity to mix photos, text, drawings, sound and interactivity in a compact format. Flash is being used for animations on websites, online advertisement banners, presentations, product galleries or simply just for fun.

Amongst other you will learn:- The program structure (Timeline, stage etc.).
- Tools (e.g. the drawing tools).
- Structuring.
- Animation: Frame-by-frame.
- Animation: Tweens (shape og motion).
- Masks.
- Guides.
- Buttons og simple actionscript 2.

Dennis Art Andersen
28 years of age and has great experience with graphic projects. Since 2006 he has led Designsushi projects for a wide range of costumers, gaining experience and knowledge in the field of graphic design.
From 2004 to 2006 he worked as web- and flash designer for Danaweb A/S – the biggest web bureau in Denmark, where he in numerous occasions has helped train new employees in e.g. Adobe Flash.
Since 2006 he has been freelancing for Danaweb for special projects.
Dennis Art Andersen has a bachelors degree from Danish Design School in Visual Communications Design, is a trained Multi Media Designer with a special in Audio- and video production from The New Media- and Business Academy, in Køge, in 2004. In addition to the studies and work Dennis Art Andersen is a graphic artist and painter, has anticipated in numerous design competitions and are one of the co-founders of the creative artists group “The Ambassy of Living Art”. |
